Belton Coffee House event night Terms and Conditions

We are a small business putting on events for the local community. We make zero profit from ticket sales as 100% of this goes to our entertainers. In order for us to be able to continue to put on events the following terms and conditions need to be adhered to.
 

• All sales are final. Tickets are none-refundable and none transferable onto future event dates, however you may transfer them to other people. In some exceptions, we may be able to refund tickets, only if we are able to resell them, and will let you know if this is the case.

• Full refunds will be given if we cancel an event. 

• Contact us if members of your table are not coming, in as much notice as possible so we can try to fill seats. Regular no shows will not be able to have priority bookings on future events.

• No food or drink items to be brought onto the premises from outside. Those found to be doing so will not be permitted to book onto future events.
